## Configuring Rich HTML Signatures

1. Click **Settings > Identities**.
2. Select your profile and enable the **HTML signature** toggle.
3. Format your corporate title, phone, and upload brand logos.
4. Save changes to apply automatically to all outbound messages.

Set automated replies via cPanel **Autoresponders** or Webmail Home to notify senders during vacations with scheduled start and expiry intervals.
