Technical Support Specialist

General Qualifications

• Residing in İzmir for more than two years continuously
• Experienced in information technology
• Fluent in spoken and written communication with strong analytical skills
• Successful in interpersonal relationships
• Proficient in reading English and knowledgeable in the industry literature
• Team player, open to new technologies and developments
• Able to work in shifts in our company, which operates 24/7

Job Description

• Adapt to business continuity management system (ISO 22301) scenarios
• Provide technical support via written and telephone communication
• Responsible for physical processes in order and requests within the data center
• Play a role in ensuring the 24/7 management of services within the data center
• Participate in the maintenance of activities within the data center
• Conduct research, gather information, and track projects and tasks
• Able to work in 3 shifts: day, evening, and night, 5 days a week
• Collaborate with the product development and business development team and provide feedback on work-related matters
• Be aware of continuous training throughout the career at our company

Internship Staff Recruitment

General Qualifications

• Graduates from relevant departments of universities
• Fluent in spoken and written communication with strong analytical skills
• Successful in interpersonal relationships
• Knowledge of English at a reading/writing level and familiarity with industry literature
• Completed military service for male candidates or deferred for 2 years
• Preferably non-smokers
• Team player, open to new technologies and developments
• Possesses planning and disciplined work skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in software projects
• Proficient in PHP
• Knowledge of frameworks (preferably specialized in one such as Laravel, Symfony)
• High proficiency in SQL
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS technologies
• Knowledge of Bootstrap, jQuery, and familiarity with at least one front-end framework such as VueJS, React
• Knowledge of tools like Git, Composer, NPM, Grunt/Gulp, Webpack
• Experience with web hosting services and panels
• Experience with Linux systems is considered an advantage
• Theoretical knowledge in network technology
